Terms and Conditions (MM2H)

Terms and Conditions

Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

Platinum plan

Service Fee with SST                           MYR 70,000

Service Fee                                          MYR 64,900

I. (a) 20% of application fees as deposit upon execution of agreement.

   (b) 20% of dependent government processing fee for each dependent (if any).

 

II. 80% of application fees upon approval of MM2H application by The Government

The fees above included the following cost for the main applicant only: â€‹

  1. Security bond

  2. MM2H Visa Fee*

  3. Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) (if applicable) *

  4. Journey Performed Visa (JPV) Fee (if applicable)*

  5. Medical insurance premium (for the first year only)

  6. Medical checkup fee in Malaysia for MM2H Endorsement

  7. Government processing fee

* Subject to validity of passport upon MM2H endorsement and approved visa duration, visa fees are included in our fee for the initial MM2H endorsement only.

**All certification and translation fees should be paid upon confirmation to proceed by applicant. 

PROVISION OF SERVICE

I.    Application requirement shown are current at the time of publication. Application information and the quotation form part of the brochure. Upon payment, Aubella will endeavour to render service within the time frame stipulated in brochure. In certain cases, the time frame may take longer, depending on the complexity of your circumstances or due to any act of war, strike, natural disasters, orders from the Government or other reasons that are not attributable to both parties.

 

II.    The requirement is subject to change due to government orders. Aubella reserves the right to request additional information / documents from applicant on condition that the Aubella informs the applicant accordingly upon receiving new notice from government. Aubella shall not be held responsible or liable for result of application if applicant is rejected by government resulting from failure of fulfilling government requirement.

III.    All/any appeals by Aubella on rejected application by government have been rejected and the rejection by the government is a final decision.

 

IV.    In case of any dispute, Aubella (MM2H) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make the final decision without prior notice.

Malaysia Premium Visa Program (PVIP)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

I.    20% of application fees upon confirmation of PVIP application: MYR 16,000
      10% of Government application fee for main applicant upon confirmation of PVIP application: MYR 20,000

II.   50% of application fees upon submission of full set documents for PVIP application to Aubella: MYR 40,000

III.  30% of application fees upon approval of PVIP application by Malaysian Government: MYR 24,000

III.    Aubella will assist to appeal for rejected applications subject to the rejection by the government is not due to any of the following reasons:

      1.     Any of the applicants is deemed to be a security threat to Malaysia.

     2.    Any of the applicants is found to be in the blacklist of the Immigration department of  Malaysia.

     3.    The main applicant could not produce a letter of good conduct from the relevant police authority.

     4.    Any of the documents provided by the applicant is found to be fake or forged.

     5.    Any of the applicants failed to meet the health requirements of the programme.

     6.    The government is unable to authenticate the income and cash asset of the applicant from the organization                authorized by the applicant.

     7.    Any of the applicants works in security profession, i.e. police and military.

 

IV.    All/any appeals by Aubella on rejected application by government have been rejected and the rejection by the government is a final decision.

 

V.    In case of any dispute, Aubella (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make the final decision without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (herein after referred to as the ‘Act’), which regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions, applies to Aubella (MM2H) Sdn Bhd (herein after referred to as ‘Aubella’, ‘our’, ‘us’, or ‘we’). For the purpose of this written notice, the terms ‘personal data’ and ‘processing’ shall have the meaning prescribed in the Act. 

1.    This written notice serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of Aubella and your personal data was, or may be collected in the future, from the information you previously provided us in your application as an MM2H / PVIP applicant with us.

 

2.    The personal data processed by us may include but not limited to your name, passport, contacts, photograph(s), image(s), certifications, documents and other information for the following purposes:

a)    To process your application;

b)    To contact you and support your application;

c)    To respond to your inquiries;

d)    To administer your participation in our workshops or events;

e)    To contact you for our future promotional activities;

f)    To comply with applicable laws, assist with any governmental or police investigation and/or obtain legal advice         to ensure compliance with the Rules & Regulations of Aubella, Code of Ethics and other policies and procedures;         and

g)  Other purposes, directly or indirectly relating to any of the above and other activities of Aubella. (herein after                 collectively referred to as the ‘Purposes’)

​If you fail to supply us the personal data, or if you subsequently withdraw your consent to process the same (other than for purposes of application of investment migration program), we may not be able to process your personal data for any of the above Purposes. 
 

3.   Your personal data may be disclosed to our partners for any of the Purposes stated above. Further, your personal data may be transferred to locations outside Malaysia.

 

4.   Whilst we strive to keep your information or data accurately recorded, you are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete, not misleading and up-to-date. If you wish to request for access or update your personal data and/or limit the processing of your personal data, or make any enquiries in respect of your personal data, please contact:

We reserve the right to charge a fee for data access request. We may refuse to comply with your request for access or correction to your personal data under the Act and if we refuse to comply with such request, we will inform you of our refusal and reason for our refusal.

5.  When you give us personal data or information about another person, you confirm that they have appointed, consented or authorised you to act for them, to consent to the processing of their personal data and to receive on their behalf any data for our refusal.

6.   In the event of any inconsistency between the English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese versions of this notice, the English version shall prevail.

Refund Policy

Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)

In the event of that the Application is rejected without any reason whatsoever, Aubella shall refund 50% of the deposit to the Client. All refunds (if any) shall be made in Ringgit Malaysia only.


The non-refundable and refundable circumstances are stated in the table below for easy reference.

A 50% refund of the deposit is available when:

Letter of Rejection with no reason stated issued by the government of Malaysia.

Malaysia Premium Visa Program (PVIP)

There will be NO refund for any payment made by you as all fees are paid after relevant services have been fully carried out. This is applicable to the event you subsequently changed your mind for any reason whatsoever and no longer wish to continue with the application.
